2019 Extra-Brut Rive Gauche, 100% Meunier, is soft, creamy and quite engaging right out of the gate. Dried pear, spice, mint, dried flowers and chamomile are some of the notes that grace the 2019. Today, the Rive Gauche is quite understated, almost surprisingly so given its 11.3% natural alcohol. This is usually a more extroverted wine. Dosage is 2.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: November 2022.
